How do orders & deliveries work?

Select the products you want for your basket and proceed to checkout.

Be sure to use the notes section to give us any information you think is necessary to complete the delivery.

Orders of €60 plus are delivered free charge. Otherwise we add €7.50.

Because we are based in Limerick we offer free delivery in Limerick city and county on orders of €50 and above.

We are also able to offer free shipping in Galway City and suburbs and Cork City and suburbs on orders of €50 or above according to the following schedule:

Cork: Order by 3pm Tuesday. Delivery Wednesday

Galway: Order by 3pm Wednesday. Delivery Thursday

To pay you click through to PayPal where you can pay securely using your PayPal account or your credit/debit card.

When you place your order online you will get an automatic notification from www.wildorchard.ie and a confirmation of payment from PayPal.

We will also get a notification and will reply to you personally confirming that your order is underway, delivery day and any other relevant information.

We can deliver anywhere on the island of Ireland either on our own van or using Nightline, our partner courier.

Order Delivery Schedule as follows for orders received by 2pm. If your order is after 2pm add 1 day:

Order on Monday Delivery Tuesday
Order on Tuesday Delivery Wednesday
Order on Wednesday Delivery on Thursday
Order on Thursday Delivery on Friday
Order on Friday Delivery on Monday or Tuesday*
Order on Saturday/Sunday Delivery on Tuesday

*Note: If you have ordered a chill product we will not send this on Friday as our cooler boxes are rated for 48 hours.

Saturday Deliveries are not an option at present due to the cost.
