O’Donnells Crisps: Irish Cider Vinegar & Sea Salt
Our crisps are made using home grown Tipperary potatoes and we have sourced local artisan food producers to provide unique individual flavours. The Cider Vinegar which adds to the unique flavour of O’Donnells crisps, is locally sourced from Con Traas at The Apple Farm in Tipperary. Cider Vinegar is made by a natural conversion of the alcohol in cider to acid. This process has been used for over 2500 years, and is still used today at The Apple Farm.
